ICT, IoT & OT Cybersecurity
Defence-in-depth built for industrial environments, aligned to IEC 62443, NIST and GDPR, from physical locks with TPM chips to AI-driven SOC monitoring.
When IT and OT converge, one breach stops a plant, a precinct or a city. The attack surface that used to be air-gapped is now reachable, and the controllers on the other side of it were never designed with authentication in mind.
CPS starts with an honest assessment aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST 800-53, 800-82 and 800-171, then designs to IEC 62443 for the industrial layer. Networks are micro-segmented with Purdue Model IT/OT separation so a compromised office endpoint cannot reach a PLC, and privileged access is brought under ARCON PAM rather than shared credentials in a spreadsheet.
Detection and response run continuously. Cynet AI-driven XDR watches endpoints and workloads, continuous asset discovery and vulnerability scanning keep the inventory honest, and a centralised SOC holds forensic audit trails and unified threat dashboards. Quarterly red-team penetration testing and automated patch management keep the posture from decaying between audits.

Key Outcomes
Who This Is For
Utilities, municipalities, manufacturers, telecom operators, data centres, and any organisation running industrial control systems alongside corporate IT.
Zero-Trust.
From edge
to cloud.
Six layers, each of which has to hold on its own. Assessment and compliance, architecture, threat response, standards alignment, safe convergence, and measurable response times.

Questions we get
about this service.
What is the Purdue Model and why does it matter for OT security?
The Purdue Model is a reference architecture that separates enterprise IT from operational technology across defined levels, from business systems down to field devices. Enforcing that separation with micro-segmentation is what stops a phishing compromise in the office network from reaching a controller on the plant floor.
How is IEC 62443 different from NIST?
The NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the 800-series publications give broad risk-management and control guidance across an organisation. IEC 62443 is written specifically for industrial automation and control systems, covering the roles of asset owner, integrator and product supplier. CPS assessments align to both because most clients need enterprise governance and industrial specificity.
What do MTTD and MTTR mean in this context?
Mean time to detect and mean time to respond: how long a threat goes unnoticed, and how long it takes to contain once seen. Real-time anomaly detection and coordinated incident response are aimed at reducing both, which matters more in OT environments where containment often means a controlled shutdown rather than isolating a laptop.
